Born and raised in East Boston, Massachusetts with a philosophy that nothing comes without perseverance and a lot of hard work, Ed's path to his law career is an interesting one. His diverse background includes several jobs including UPS, U.S. Postal Worker, Massachusetts State Trooper (retired after 20 years of service), and now a private practice attorney. After completing law school at Suffolk University, Ed passed both the Massachusetts and Florida Bar exams. As the media spokesman and interim press secretary for EOPS (Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety) and spokesman during the Democratic National Convention in Boston, Ed has a great deal of experience dealing with national and local media. Common in all his careers is Ed's personable demeanor and his genuine concern for people. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Rob attended the New England School of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1997 and commenced his legal career as a trial attorney, and is experienced in complex civil litigation, criminal law, and real estate. He has tried many criminal and civil cases to completion in the Commonwealth's District and Superior Courts, he has represented clients in the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court, and he has negotiated numerous settlements and plea bargain arrangements with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the office of the United States Attorney. Rob is admitted to practice before the state courts of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Sharon D. Randall, RN, JD, is a nurse-attorney actively involved in the evaluation and preparation of medical malpractice cases. Sharon brings to the firm eight years of medical-surgical experience as a registered nurse, with her area of focus being orthopedics and neurosurgery. Her many years of hospital based nursing included unit-based leadership, membership on numerous hospital-wide committees, as well as participating in speaking engagements at medical conferences and area hospital groups. Sharon has served two terms as a member of the Health Law Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association, a committee of lawyers with an interest in health law issues. Sharon is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in nursing, and was inducted as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. She received her law degree from New England School of Law. She is admitted to the United States District Court for Massachusetts, as well as all Massachusetts state courts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Attorney Guida served as the Director of the Massachusetts Firearms Records Bureau for over 4 years, is a former Hampden County Assistant District Attorney and a former legislative aide in the Massachusetts State Senate. His knowledge in Massachusetts firearms law has led to 2 separate appearances as a guest panelist on Court TV and he is a frequent resource for local media outlets. Attorney Guida’s practice focuses on firearms licensing issues and criminal defense.
